The Jerneja Kopitara 50 complex is designed as a whole where every detail serves a purpose. Two buildings of Su+P+3+Ps floors share an underground garage with 32 spaces, plus an additional 6 parking spots in the courtyard – one parking space per apartment. The units are oriented to ensure good natural light, and every unit has elevator access.
The facade features a combination of clinker tiles and a thermal insulation system, giving the building a distinctive appearance and lasting protection from the elements. Windows and balcony doors are five-chamber PVC profiles with double thermal insulation glazing in anthracite. Every apartment includes its own dedicated parking space, and the entire complex is being designed and built with full documentation and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
